·         Jaipur  is the capital and largest city of the Indian state of Rajasthan. It was founded on 18th November 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, the ruler of Amber, after whom the city has been named. Jaipur is also known as the Pink City of India. The city is famous for its City Palace, Hawa Mahal (palace of wind), Nahargarh Fort, which was the residence of the King Sawai Jai Singh II and the observatory- Jantar Mantar, is one of the World Heritage Sites. Jaipur is a beautiful destination on the popular Golden Triangle Tour of India.  
·   Karaul is a small town located 180Kms from Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan. This town is the administrative center of Karauli District, and was formerly the capital of the erstwhile princely state of Karauli. The town dates from 1348, and is situated in a position naturally defended by ravines on the north and east, while it is further protected by a great wall. The Maharaja's palace is a handsome block of buildings; some of them dating to the late 18th century. Karauli was founded by Maharaja Arjun Dev Yadav in 1348. Karauli is a beautiful destination with peace and greenery all around and famous for its Kaila Devi Temple and village safari. 
·      Sariska Tiger Reserve is a national park located in the Alwar district of Rajasthan. This area was a hunting preserve of the erstwhile Alwar state and it was declared a wildlife reserve in 1955. In 1978, it was given the status of a tiger reserve making it a part of India's Project Tiger scheme. The present area of the park is 866 km². The park is situated 107Kms from Jaipur- capital of Rajasthan and 200Kms away from Delhi. The main attraction of Sariska Tiger Reserve is Bengal Tigers. This is the first ever Tiger Reserve in the world where the relocation of tigers has been done successfully, makes it one of its kind.
·        Ajmer is the 5th largest city of Rajasthan and is located 135Kms from Jaipur- the capital city of Jaipur and 390Kms from Delhi. Ajmer is surrounded by the Aravalli Mountains. It is a pilgrimage centre for the shrine of the Sufi Saint Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti and is also a base for visiting Pushkar (11Kms), an ancient Hindu pilgrimage city, famous for the temple of Brahma- the only temple of Brahma in India.
  •   Bikaner is famous for its havelis, palaces and temples and is a part of the famous Desert Triangle Tour     i.e. Bikaner- Jaisalmer- Jodhpur.

·         Shekhawatii is located in a desert area of Rajasthan and has special importance in the history of India. The Shekhawats built forts in their thikanas. At every thikana in Shekhawati, there was a fort. More than 50 forts and palaces were built by Shekhawat Rajas. Today, many of them are hotels like Castle Mandawa, Dundlod Fort, The Roop Niwas Kothi Palace, Mukundgarh Fort, Narain Niwas Castle and Alsisar Mahal (Alsisar Fort).
In Shekhawati region, frescoes were initially introduced by Shekhawat Rajputs in their forts and palaces. The towns in Shekhawati are known for their painted havelis. This region has been recognised as the "open art gallery of Rajasthan" having the largest concentration of frescos in the world.
·      Udaipur is also known as the City of Lakes, is a city, a Municipal Corporation and the administrative headquarters of the Udaipur district in Rajasthan in western India. It is located 403Kms southwest of Jaipur- the capital city of Rajasthan. Udaipur is the historic capital of the kingdom of Mewar in the former Rajputana Agency. The Guhils (Sisodia) clan ruled the Mewar and its capital was shifted from Chittorgarh to Udaipur after founding city of Udaipur by Maharana Uday Singh. The Mewar province became part of Rajasthan after India became independent. Udaipru is also t popular for its Rajput-era palaces. The Lake Palace, for instance, covers an entire island in the Pichola Lake. Many of the palaces have been converted into luxury hotels. It is often called the "Venice of the East", and is also nicknamed the "Lake City".



















·      Jodhpur is the second largest city in the Rajasthan. It was formerly the seat of a princely state of the same name, the capital of the kingdom known as Marwar. Jodhpur is a popular tourist destination, featuring many palaces, forts and temples, set in the stark landscape of the Thar desert. The city is known as the "Sun City" for the bright, sunny weather it enjoys all the year round. It is also referred to as the "Blue City" due to the vivid blue-painted houses around the Mehrangarh Fort. The old city circles the fort and is bounded by a wall with several gates. Fortress-city at the edge of the Thar Desert, famous for its blue homes and architecture.
·  Mount Abu is a popular hill station in the Aravalli Range in Sirohi district of Rajasthan in western India near the border with Gujarat. Mount Abu is the only hill station in Rajasthan, located at an elevation of 1,220 mtr. It has been a popular retreat from the heat of Rajasthan and neighboring Gujarat for centuries. The mountain is also home to several Hindu temples including the Adhar Devi Temple (also known as Arbuda Devi Temple), carved out of solid rock; the Shri Raghunathji Temple; and a shrine and temple to Dattatreya built atop the Guru Shikhar peak.
Mount Abu is also famous for its Jain temples including Dilwara Temples, a complex of temples carved of white marble that was built between the 11th and 13th centuries AD..
·    Ranakpur is a village located in Desuri tehsil near Sadri town in the Pali district of Rajasthan in western India. It is located between Jodhpur and Udaipur, in a valley on the western side of the Aravalli Range. Ranakpur is famous for its marble Jain temple, said to be the most spectacular of the Jain temples. It is a large Jain Temple complex with nearly 1444 pillars and exquisite marble carvings.
·        Chittorgarh is a city and a municipality in Rajasthan in western India. Chittorgarh is the administrative headquarters of Chittorgharh District and a former capital of the Sisodia Dynasty of Mewar. The city of Chittaurgarh is located on the banks of river Gambhiri and Berach. Fiercely independent, the fort of Chittor was under siege thrice and each time they fought bravely and thrice Jauhar was committed by the ladies and children, first led by Rani Padmini, and later by Rani Karnavati. The famous warriors Gora and Badal, in the war against Allaudin Khalji (1303 AD), have become legendary. The sacrifice of Jaimal and Patta in the war against the Mughals (1568 AD) was so great that the Mughal Emperor Akbar installed their statues in the fort of Agra. Chittorgarh is home to the Chittorgarh Fort, the largest fort in India.
  • Ranthambore is one of the largest national parks in North India. It is situated in Sawai Madhopur district of southeastern Rajasthan, about 140Kms south east of Jaipur- the capital city of Rajasthan. Being considered as one of the famous and former hunting grounds of the Maharajas of Jaipur, today the Ranthambore National Park terrain is major wildlife tourist attraction spot that has pulled the attention of many wildlife photographers and lovers in this Ranthambore National park is spread over an area of 1,334 Sq Km along with its nearby sanctuaries like the Mansingh Sanctuary and the Kaila Devi Sanctuary. The park is majorly famous for its tigers and is one of the best locations in India to see the majestic predators in its natural habitat.
